Terms and Conditions

How it Works:

  1. Consultation: We’ll start with a brief discussion to understand your style and preferences.

  2. Photoshoot: Your products will be professionally styled and photographed.

  3. Delivery and Return: You are responsible for covering the delivery cost of sending your products to us. After the photoshoot, we will return the items to you (please issue return label for your product) .

  4. Delivery of Photos: Once completed, we’ll send your edited photos ready for use.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions:

By purchasing or using a Gift Card issued by Once Upon A Time Photography, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. ValidityThe Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, any remaining balance or validity will expire, and the card will no longer be redeemable.

  2. Non-Monetary ValueThe Gift Card holds no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase products or services outside of Once Upon A Time Photography's photography sessions.

  3. Use of Gift CardThe Gift Card may be redeemed toward the cost of a photography session provided by Once Upon A Time Photography. It can be used to partially or fully cover the session fee, subject to the terms outlined in the agreement between the customer and Once Upon A Time Photography.

  4. No RefundsOnce purchased, Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances. Refunds will not be issued for any unused or partially used balances.

  5. Cancellations and FeesIf a session is booked and then cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled time, the Gift Card balance will be reduced by a £25.00 cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the total value of the Gift Card at the time of cancellation.

  6. Non-TransferableThe Gift Card is non-transferable and may only be used by the person to whom it was issued. It cannot be sold or exchanged.

  7. Lost or Stolen CardsOnce Upon A Time Photography is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards. If the card is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately for assistance.

  8. Session AvailabilityPhotography sessions are subject to availability, and Once Upon A Time Photography reserves the right to limit the availability of certain dates or times.

  9. General TermsOnce Upon A Time Photography reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time, with such changes taking effect immediately upon being posted. Customers will be notified of significant changes if applicable.

 

By using the Gift Card, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
